In case of any discrepancy or conflict of interpretation between language versions, the Spanish version of this Accessibility Statement shall prevail.

1. Commitment to Accessibility
Aida Soler Suárez is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities, as well as older adults and users with technological or situational limitations.
The design and implementation of this store take as a reference Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and Spanish Law 11/2023 of May 8 regarding accessibility requirements for products and services.
2. Compliance Status and Technical Standard
This website has been designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an internal self-assessment: no external audit has been carried out, so barriers we have not yet detected may exist.
The site has been checked with automated accessibility tools (axe-core and Google Lighthouse), complemented by manual keyboard-navigation and semantic-structure checks. These checks do not replace an evaluation with users of assistive technologies.
3. Accessibility Features Implemented
Key accessibility measures applied across this website include:
- Full keyboard navigability with visible focus indicators across all interactive elements.
- Skip-to-main-content link accessible upon pressing Tab at the top of any page.
- Semantic HTML landmark structure (main, nav, header, footer) and hierarchical heading order (h1 to h4).
- Color contrast designed to reach the 4.5:1 minimum for regular text and 3:1 for large text and interactive components.
- Alt text on product images, illustrations, and original artwork.
- Forms (contact, registration, and checkout) with associated labels (for/id), autocomplete attributes, and error messages linked to each field.
- Responsive design supporting fluid zoom and magnification up to 200% without loss of functionality.
3 bis. Non-accessible Content
Although the aim is to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, the absence of barriers is not guaranteed. For example, some product images may have improvable descriptions, generated PDF documents (invoices and order summaries) may lack full accessibility tagging, and third-party content (the payment page) is outside this store's control.
Some WCAG 2.2 criteria (for example, minimum touch-target size) have not been systematically evaluated. If you need the information in another form, write to us and we will provide it by an alternative means.
4. Regulatory Framework and Microenterprise Exemption
Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Spanish Law 11/2023, microenterprises providing services (fewer than 10 persons employed and an annual turnover or balance sheet not exceeding 2 million euros) are exempt from the accessibility requirements for services.
Aida Soler Suárez is not bound by that rule but voluntarily aims for the WCAG 2.1 AA technical standard to ensure an inclusive and accessible shopping experience for all visitors.
5. Feedback and Contact Information

7. Preparation of this Statement
This accessibility statement was prepared on September 29, 2026 and last reviewed on October 23, 2026.
The method used was an internal self-assessment of the store's public routes, with automated tests and basic manual checks.
