Terms and conditions of sale

DRAFT – to be reviewed by a lawyer. This text has the correct structure and technical data, but it is not the final legal version.

In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Last updated: 2026-10-29 (version 2026-10-borrador-2)

1. Seller identification

These terms govern the purchase of products from Aida Soler Suárez and the use of this website. In compliance with article 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE (e-commerce law), the owner's details are:

  • Owner: Aida Soler Suárez
  • Tax ID (NIF/CIF): 73103126H
  • Address: Calle Almadén 8, piso 3 puerta 6, 28014, Madrid, Madrid, España
  • Email: solersuarezaida@gmail.com
  • Phone: 665307069

2. Purchase process and correcting errors

To place an order: (1) select products and add them to the cart; (2) review the order summary (products, quantities, price, shipping cost) and correct any mistake — change quantities, remove products or edit the address — before paying, either from the cart or at checkout; (3) provide your shipping details; (4) pay through Square.

Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, you will be informed and refunded the corresponding amount. Handmade products or original artwork may show small variations from the pictures shown.

3. Formation of the contract

The sales contract is formed at the moment payment is completed, not when you receive the confirmation email. After payment you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

Languages in which the contract can be concluded: Spanish and English (the interface language you use when completing checkout). In case of discrepancy between both versions, the Spanish text prevails (see the note at the top of this document).

The contract record (order summary, address, amounts and these accepted terms) remains available to the customer — including guest customers — in the "My Orders" section of the website, and is also sent by email.

Before paying, checkout asks you to confirm that you accept these terms and that you are over 18 years old; the order cannot be completed without checking that box.

4. Payment methods

Payment is processed securely through Square. The available methods are credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay; the last two are shown only if your device and browser support them.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include the Spanish VAT (IVA) applicable to each product (rates vary by product type: books, original artwork, prints, stationery or merchandise).

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: these territories are outside the scope of Spanish VAT. The price is invoiced without VAT and the customs notice below applies.

Shipping costs: shown before you complete the purchase. Free from 50 € onwards.

Discounts: if a product has a reduced price, it is shown next to the crossed-out original price. Under the "Omnibus" rules, the previous price shown is the lowest price applied in the last 30 days.

6. Shipping, delivery times and customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Orders are shipped via courier companies. Estimated times: mainland Spain, 3 to 5 business days of transit plus production time (3-5 business days for prints and artworks; 7-10 business days for small items); Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, 3-7 business days (longer for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla if customs clearance is required).

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are invoiced without VAT. Upon receiving the order, the recipient must pay the corresponding IGIC or IPSI tax and, where applicable, the carrier's customs handling fees. These amounts are not included in the price. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance.

Aida Soler Suárez is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather, customs, etc.), although we will try to resolve them as soon as possible.

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the consumer when the order is physically received by the consumer or a third party indicated by them, not when it leaves our premises.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Exception: products marked as personalizable, being made to the specifications you provide, are not subject to the right of withdrawal (goods made to consumer specifications).

You can exercise it from "My Orders" using the "Withdraw from contract here" button, or by following the procedure described in the Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

In-person workshops: booking a place on a workshop held on a specific date is a leisure service and carries no 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Instead, you may cancel your booking under the cancellation policy shown on each workshop page (by default: 100 % refund 7 or more days before, 50 % between 3 and 7 days, no refund under 3 days). If Aida Soler Suárez cancels or reschedules a workshop, 100 % of the amount is refunded. You are asked to accept this policy when booking.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish consumer protection law), all new products sold carry a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.

If the product shows a lack of conformity (it is not as agreed, unfit for its intended purpose, or lacks the advertised qualities), you are entitled to a free repair or replacement and, if that is not possible or proportionate, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper handling by the customer.

9. Intellectual property

Text, illustrations, photographs, brand and design belong to Aida Soler Suárez or her licensors. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without authorisation is prohibited. Purchasing artwork does not transfer exploitation rights unless agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site and are not liable for third-party failures or misuse, without limiting any liability that cannot legally be excluded towards consumers. Links to third-party sites are provided without control over their content.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile will have jurisdiction.

You can submit complaints electronically at solersuarezaida@gmail.com, by phone on 665307069 or by post to Calle Almadén 8, piso 3 puerta 6, 28014, Madrid, Madrid, España (the registered address of Aida Soler Suárez). We undertake to answer within 15 calendar days of receiving it, and we will give you a reference number when we receive it. Aida Soler Suárez is not a member of any consumer arbitration scheme.

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers. You can request them by writing to solersuarezaida@gmail.com and we will provide them in the official format of the Community of Madrid. You can also send your complaint to the Directorate-General for Trade and Consumer Affairs of the Community of Madrid (https://www.comunidad.madrid/consumo).
